Navigating Menopause
Menopause is a natural and inevitable transition in a woman's life.
It often comes along with a multitude of symptoms, ranging from physical discomfort to emotional distress. Hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood swings, brian fog are just a few of the symptoms you can experience. For some women, HRT is a gamechanger and they see a dramatic reduction in symptoms – but HRT is not suitable for everyone, and for some, symptoms persist. During our sessions together, we will work on getting your sleep back on track, lower your anxiety and reduce hot flushes.
