Symptoms of anxiety include palpitations, shallow breathing, sweaty palms and tummy troubles such as  IBS. It can disrupt our sleep and make it difficult to get on with our daily lives. During our sessions, you will learn about causes of anxiety and discover  new skills and strategies to reduce and alleviate  symptoms.
